1. 50% Deposit is required upon confirmation of order. Full payment is required upon completion of order before we proceed with delivery.
2. Only two (2) requests for amendments will be entertained for the same design, otherwise will be charged.
3. Process days will be calculated from the day we received your deposit.
4. Shipment of goods will be made after full payment has been settled. Shipping charges are calculated according to total weight.
5. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays during delivery.
6. All items sold are NOT RETURNABLE.
